Terms and Conditions for Seasonal Entertainment Visits

1. Pricing and Inclusions

   • Visits are priced at £59 for 20 minutes and £39 for 10 minutes. £139 for one hour parties, any durations longer than one hour will be quoted accordingly.

   • A small travel fee may apply depending on your location to cover the entertainer’s travel costs.

   • Visits are inclusive of up to 3 children. Each additional child beyond this limit is charged at £5 per child to cover material costs.

   • For groups of more than 10 children, an upgrade to a one or two hour Christmas party package will be required. This package is priced at a higher rate to ensure there is sufficient time to complete all the listed activities.

   2. Payment Policy

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your visit.

   • Payments must be made via BACS transfer; cash payments are not accepted.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit will be fully refunded.

   • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the visit, a refund will not be provided. However, your payment can be applied towards rescheduling an alternative date/time, subject to entertainer availability.

   3. Booking Requirements

   • Visits must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate time for preparation.

   • We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings.

   4. Visit Logistics

   • Entertainers can perform on the doorstep or inside your home/venue, depending on your preference. Please let us know your preference during booking.

   • The visit duration will include time for all planned activities, such as gift-giving, balloon modelling, glitter tattoos (if included), and photo opportunities.

   • Please ensure there is adequate parking for the performer, any parking charges for your venue location will be added to the quote.

   5. Entertainment Activities and Materials

   • Activities provided are subject to the package booked. Our 20-minute visits include all features listed in the standard package, with additional services available upon request.

   • For larger groups, the entertainer reserves the right to adjust the activities to ensure all children are included within the allocated time.

   6. Safety and Conduct

   • Entertainers will adhere to appropriate safeguarding practices.

   • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the visit.

   7. Liability and Changes

   • Every Wish Entertainment is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or illness). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the visit at no additional charge.

   • Any changes to your booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to entertainer availability.

   8. Photography Consent

   • During the visit, you are welcome to take photos or videos for personal use.
